To verify age and make sure your child is placed in the appropriate division, Little League requires that the league has a copy of each child's birth certificate. If you have not already uploaded your child's birth certificate to your account, please do so ASAP. To upload a copy of your child's birth certificate, please follow the instructions below or in this PDF.

Log in to your account:



Click on the Edit icon next to the player's name:



click on the Upload Birth Certificate button (below date of birth):



Click Choose File and locate birth certificate on local drive (note file types allowed):



Click Upload. If the file uploaded successfully, the file icon and name will display. 



Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button.
